Welcome to the "Wightwick Hall"
Restoration Group Website. "Wightwick Hall" is under restoration
at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre, Quainton. The aim of this website is to provide information
on: the history of 6989; progress of the restoration; the support groups and fundraising activity and how you can help put
this magnificent engine back in steam. Updated 24th

As a part of the restoration we had to have a number of items
recast for which patterns were not available so we had a number of new patterns made. 4 Cone ejector check valve box. Crew seat brackets.
4000 gallon Collett tender brake hangers
We can hire patterns or arrange for castings to be made. Contact us for details.

of used serviceable GWR pattern water valves for 4000 gallon tender. Grease trap. Regulator casting unmachined.
